Founded to close the gap between technology and trust
Grandeur Solutions was founded by Yvonne Tano Konan after more than fifteen years inside enterprise technology projects, watching a familiar pattern repeat. Organizations invested heavily in new systems, then struggled with defects, delays, and integrations that quietly undermined the results they expected. The technology worked in a demo, but not always where it mattered most: in production, under pressure, in the hands of real users.
The missing piece was rarely more tools or more people. It was disciplined quality engineering and a clear connection between technology and the business it was meant to serve. Yvonne built Grandeur Solutions to bring that discipline to organizations that cannot afford unreliable software, from government agencies to financial institutions working in tightly regulated environments.
Today the company exists to give those organizations a partner who understands both the technical detail and the business stakes, and who measures success the way they do: fewer defects, faster and safer releases, lower risk, and technology decisions that hold up over time.

Yvonne Tano Konan is the Founder and CEO of Grandeur Solutions LLC, an IT consulting and technology advisory firm focused on helping organizations improve software quality, strengthen technology operations, and navigate digital transformation with confidence.
With more than 15 years of experience across enterprise technology projects, Yvonne has built her career at the intersection of software quality, technology, business processes, and organizational improvement. Her experience spans government, banking and financial services, and regulated environments, where she has contributed to complex initiatives involving software quality assurance, test automation, API and integration testing, data validation, application modernization, and technology delivery.
Before founding Grandeur Solutions, Yvonne served as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Consultant, working with cross-functional teams to design and execute testing strategies, build and enhance automation frameworks, validate application functionality and integrations, analyze complex data, and improve the reliability of enterprise applications. Her work combined hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership, including stepping into critical delivery and data-migration efforts when needed to keep projects moving forward.
Her approach is grounded in a simple principle: technology should create measurable value for the people and organizations it serves. At Grandeur Solutions, she brings together technical expertise, business understanding, and a quality-first mindset to help organizations solve technology challenges, improve processes, and build more reliable digital solutions.
